Sathi om brings its financial and technical support to local initiatives. The projects have to be realized with the full support of the communities.
The projects aim at increasing the living conditions of vulnerable populations, offering them the means to develop themselves.
To better target our beneficiaries, we have worked with Nepalese volunteers since our first project. We regularly share our experiences with diverse advisors from other NGOs and people within the community which helps us to stay efficient, from the start of a project to the phase out.
Sathi Om’s actions aim to be relevant, sustainable and empowering - giving communities the opportunity to go forward!
To ensure that “solidarity” never turns into “assisting”, Sathi Om grants a special place to education.
Educated people are able to take part in their own development, welfare, and – above all – are able to take a critical approach to this process.
