BAKHTAPUR CHildren

Offering an access to education to the DISADVANTAGED children of Bhaktapur

 
 To help most disadvantaged children of this small town located in the Katmandu Valley, Sathi Om implemented a project in close partnership with TOIT, the Organization of Indigent Tots, in  2002. 

TOIT gives access to school some 200 children in the public schools of the town, thanks to sponsoring.
It has just opened a new school (in April 2007), with a very modern pedagogical approach, enabling all the disadvantaged children to catch up to the primary school’s level. 
 
Sathi Om’s role :
- Participation in the funding of the construction of the buildings
- Active research for sponsors for the children
